It's not currently possible to merge the data of two accounts or transfer data between accounts. But you can submit a request to update the phone number on your account.
Changing phone number requests are processed directly on the app. Here’s how you can submit a request:
1. Go to the login page (log out first if you’ve already created a new account).
2. Tap ‘Recently changed your phone number?’
3. Follow the prompts and complete all required information.
Once submitted, your request should be processed within 5 minutes 😎️😎️

Here's what we need:
- your previous number, including the country code
- your new number, including the country code
- the BeReal username of your original account
- your date of birth
We can only move forward with your request once we have received and verified the above information. In some cases, we may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.

If an account is registered to your new number, it will be permanently deleted shortly after the transfer process.
