Transfer my Account to a new phone number

If you want to transfer your account to a new number, send us a request with the below information, and we'll make it happen!

It's not currently possible to merge the data of two accounts or transfer data between accounts. 

Here's what we need: 
- your previous number, including the country code
- your new number, including the country code
- the BeReal username of your original account
- your date of birth

We can only move forward with your request once we have received and verified the above information. In some cases, we may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.  

Word of warning! If an account is registered to your new number, it will be permanently deleted shortly after the transfer process.
