What is a Streak?
A Streak is the number of days in a row you've posted a BeReal. It's a simple way to track how consistently you've shared moments with your friends and stayed active on BeReal.
How your Streak grows
To grow your Streak, post a BeReal each day after you receive the ⚠️Time to BeReal.⚠️ Notification.
Each day you post, your Streak grows by one.
Where to find your Streak
When you start a Streak, you'll see a flame 🔥 icon on your profile. The number next to the flame shows your current Streak — how many days in a row you've posted.
Your active Streak is also visible to your BeReal friends when they view your profile.
Your past Streaks
Your current and previous Streaks are saved in your Memories Calendar, so you can always look back on them.
Lost your Streak?
First, open the app. If you're eligible to get your Streak back, you'll see an option to restore it when the app opens. Just follow the instructions shown.
If you don't see this option, your Streak can't be restored. This is usually because too much time has passed since it ended.
